Harvey Zinn Jr. started Latipac Property Management, Inc in 2014. Prior to joining Latipac, Harvey was the President of Branch Banking for Southern National Bank of Texas, a publicly held bank located in Houston, Texas. As a banker, Harvey oversaw the origination, servicing and loan management for SNBT. In addition, he personally managed the acquisition, financing and disposition of his family’s real estate holdings.
With his experience in real estate management, Harvey capitalized on an opportunity in the Central Texas market to successfully expand Latipac’s property management services primarily located in Central Texas. Mr. Zinn is President of Latipac Property Management, Inc., which was formed in 2014.
Harvey Zinn, Jr. holds a BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas TREC #438482 and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Harvey has three children. He works with charities that focus their attention and resources toward cures for pediatric cancer, organ donation, and helping less fortunate children in the City of Austin.
